Let me start by I never give 5 star. I was very skeptical and thought they must be fake the whole "Brand new Open Box" I must have called them like 3 times to see if the story was the same as to how they get them lol. I picked up a Samsung Note 9, I did my research on what to look for in fake Samsung and the passed all the tests, the rep even showed me one I didn't know to make me feel more comfortable. Overall a good exp and even picked up a wireless charger (Samsung). The serial numbers matched on the box and phone (they showed me how to look) and the unit was Brand new! plastic and all the fixings were new in the box. I purchased a couple of months ago and writing review now all is working well. They told me they even have the factory warranty (not sure how true that can be) but hope to never have to find out :-)..I can only speak of the Samsung products.

My Iphone works amazing - Never overpay again, elite, and high performance! The service was excellent as always-one of the employees took my phone out of the box, cleaned it throughly and applied the screen protector flawlessly. To my surprise I placed a order for airpods and apple watch yesterday and received them today! GTA phones drove down to Waterloo region and personally delivered all orders ensuring to practice social measures for COVID. I am very happy with the products I purchased as well as the impressive in-store experience. I highly recommend GTA phones for all your needs!

We purchased Samsung Galaxy S8 from thier website. Phone arrived quickly through Canada Post before Christmas to Kingston ON. Phone is in great condition, came with charger, data cable and new headphones. It works amazingly with my fido sim.

I bought a Galaxy S9+ from GTA phones last September 2021. The phone was experiencing some phantom reboots and power on issues. Tried watching some Youtube videos for DIY how to reset and bring it back to life and even brought it to a store in our local mall but to no avail. Called GTA phones and spoke to Hinal. She was kind enough to help and said they would take a look at the phone at their store. I live in the east so it's about a 75km drive from me to the store but I was happy that I did it as my last resort since Nishant who was there when I drop by was able to revive the phone in less than 5 mins. He factory reset the phone and monitored it for about 3 hours (installed apps, power on/off, etc) and everything else in between. Lesson learn, if you bought a phone from them try to reach out to the store first and they will do their best to help you out. Great customer service all in all. I was pleased and would definitely recommend buying phones from them. Nishant was very professional to deal with it.
